About Jimmy Kopteros
Jimmy started his comedy career in Tampa Bay, Florida where the comedy school he attended included both stand up comedy AND improv. This diverse training allows Jimmy to be fluid in either staying committed to his material OR freelancing with the audience at will. Jimmy’s raw comedic style allows him to cover subjects like dating, parenting, observational life, etc. almost nothing is out of bounds!
Jimmy has performed in comedy clubs, bars, brew houses and (as a cancer survivor himself) many Cancer fundraiser events.
Jimmy is a regular host at the famous Snappers Comedy Club! In 2024 he created the “Tarpon’s Got Talent” comedy competition!
Jimmy has worked along side some of the biggest names in comedy today such as Pete George (Shawshank Redemption) Chris Cope (Conan O’Brian and Jimmy Kimmel live show guest) and Lowell Sanders (opening for Tim Allen on tour)
